What protects me as a client?

We don't take on ideas or companies we don't believe in — because our equity is worthless if yours is. Before any money changes hands, we do a full assessment and an honest conversation. If we don't think we can make a meaningful difference, we'll tell you. We'd rather walk away than take your money and deliver something neither of us is proud of.

Who is this for?

Accepted Answer

Two types of people. First: someone with deep domain expertise and a real idea who needs a build partner — team, structure, and execution — to turn it into a company. Second: an operator or founder who already has traction but feels stuck. Revenue is there. Customers are there. But the structure is messy, the positioning is unclear, and serious capital won't move. Both need someone truly in it with them, not advising from the sidelines. That's who we work with.

What if my idea isn't fully ready?

Apply anyway. Some of the best ventures start as a direction, not a finished plan. We'll tell you honestly what it needs.

How fast do you move?

Accepted Answer

On the Build track: first concept within 7 days of kickoff. Launched company within 90 days. On the Scale track: initial assessment within 2 weeks. Restructuring and capital introduction timeline depends on complexity.

Do I stay in control?

Accepted Answer

Yes. On the Build track you own 65% and stay CEO from day one. On the Scale track the equity split is agreed upfront and reflects what we bring. In both cases you lead the vision. We build the engine.

What happens after launch or after capital closes?

Accepted Answer

We stay involved as equity partners. Your growth is our growth. We don't close a deal and disappear.
